Overview
Join a leading insurance provider as a Business Analyst Process Automation Lead. This role drives high-impact process automation and strategic transformation initiatives within the EMEA Expense Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic process improvement and automation projects.
- Analyze existing workflows and design optimized processes.
- Build Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards.
- Create custom technical solutions using VBA or Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements.
- Communicate timelines, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.
Key Requirements
- Experience in business systems analysis and project management.
- Strong proficiency with Power Platform tools and automation coding.
- Proven ability to design and deliver workflow improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with both strategic and technical workstreams.
Contract Details
Contract Length: 6 months Daily Rate: €800 per day Start Date: ASAP Location: Dublin (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
