Day Lift Operator

Job Requirements
- Must be able to safely operate stockpicker/cherrypicker
- Heavy lifting required
- Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Must complete and understand all company-sponsored safety programs
- Must have a clear criminal background and be able to pass a physical and drug test.
Specific Duties
- Responsible for daily inspection and safe operation of lift.
- Lifts and moves merchandise between staging areas and warehouse racks.
- Ensures all merchandise is tagged correctly.
- Maintains a clean and clear work environment, free from trip hazards.
- Observes all safety policies and regulations.
- Stocks racks with incoming merchandise and pulls merchandise off racks for scheduled deliveries.
Physical Demands
Must successfully complete a physical assessment to be considered for the position. You must be able to stand for extended periods and operate various equipment, such as cherry pickers and clamp trucks. Responsibilities include moving furniture to/from racks and loading/unloading trucks. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
