Job Description
About Havea
HAVEA, a European leader in natural health, offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding company with a turnover of 330 million euros and over 1,100 employees. We develop strong brands like Aragan, Biolane, Vitavea, Densmore, and Bears with Benefits, distributed across all channels: pharmacies, supermarkets, and e-commerce. With over 50 years of innovation, we emphasize boldness, commitment, and innovation to shape the future of natural health. Our products are now distributed in 60 countries, and we are proud to offer our teams a stimulating environment with numerous development opportunities. The Group's digitalization and the growth of e-commerce sales (direct-to-consumer and e-retail) constitute one of the three key pillars of our growth strategy. To date, e-commerce sales represent approximately 30% of total turnover.
To support the strong growth of our brands, particularly on Amazon, we are strengthening our E-retail team and recruiting an Amazon Ads & Media Specialist on a permanent contract (CDI), reporting to the E-retail Director.
What We Expect From This Role

- Monitor and optimize campaigns with an ROI-driven mindset, identifying improvement levers (structure, keywords, bids, audiences, creatives), analyzing performance, and recommending concrete actions.
- Collaborate with our agency partners and Amazon Advertising teams: be the primary point of contact, co-build strategies and activation plans, monitor performance, and jointly identify optimization areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams: coordinate with Marketplace Managers to align media, promotion, catalog, and product availability, work with Brand, E-commerce, and Tik Tok Shop teams to synchronize key moments, and contribute to the Group's eRetail media maturity.
