The Team
Within the Content & Media Partnerships team, the Expertise team designs and manages TV (OFF&ON), Radio, and long-form sponsoring media strategies for the agency's clients.
The Role and Missions We Offer You
Reporting to the Head of Sponsoring TV & Radio, you will support the Consulting teams on their client portfolios as an expert in TV & Radio sponsoring strategies. From brief analysis to recommendation, negotiation, and performance monitoring of deployed campaigns, you will be involved in the entire value chain with a strong strategic, operational, and business focus.
Your missions within the Expertise team:
Media Strategy & Recommendations
- Participate in defining multi-channel strategies in response to client challenges.
- Build well-argued and impactful strategic recommendations.
- Identify and activate the most relevant media partners.
- Propose innovative campaigns, informed by active monitoring and a deep understanding of audiences and new media consumption habits (ON&OFF).
TV/Radio Sponsoring: From Negotiation to Reporting
- Lead negotiations for selected campaigns with media owners.
- Ensure the consistency of deals with our benchmarks and account history.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize TV & Radio sponsoring recommendations.
- Produce clear, analytical, and performance-oriented reports.
- Build and manage digital media plans in conjunction with sponsoring campaigns.
- Ensure the launch, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns.
Media Partner Relations & Market Watch
- Act as the primary contact for media partner OPS teams (TV, SVOD Platforms, Radio).
- Continuously source market opportunities and innovations.
- Convey these opportunities and update the agency's consulting and advisory teams with market news.

- 1-2 years of experience in an agency/client-side as a TV and/or digital media expert, or in a media owner role as a sponsoring media marketing project manager.
- You have the soul of a negotiator, you can bring your ideas, you like to convince, and you know how to build real relationships with your partners: win-win is our motto.
- You have a real capacity for analysis and synthesis to understand media audiences.
- You possess curiosity and open-mindedness towards new market trends, media strategies, innovations, and the latest formats.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, you are responsive and know how to prioritize.
- You have perfect mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and media analysis software (Restit, Cresus, Mxplorer, MxCompetitors..).
- A rigorous, organized, methodical mindset with attention to detail.
- You are creative in your media approach with a solution-oriented mindset to always be proactive.
