The Team

Within our Content & Media Partnerships (CMP) department, our mission is to devise OPS media partnership and brand content strategies that go beyond traditional communications. From traditional TV show sponsorships to creating content with Le Monde, Konbini, and Top Chef, and producing Twitch shows with top creators, the CMP department breaks barriers and collaborates with all types of media and partners for various activations. The team, composed of 4 people, manages a diverse client portfolio across all sectors, leveraging Havas Play's cross-functional resources (expertise, production, influence). Your playground: media in its entirety (TV, digital, social media, press, radio...).

The Role and Missions

As a Junior Media Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with and support the team in developing and operationally monitoring media plans under the supervision of a Consulting Director. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Market and media owner monitoring
  • Campaign monitoring and performance analysis
  • Media selection based on campaign objectives and performance analysis
  • Well-reasoned media recommendations to client-facing sales teams
  • Media planning setup and optimization

About You

  • Education: Bac +4/5 in business school, IEP, or university
  • Excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of media
  • Strong initiative and a touch of creativity
  • Natural curiosity for new trends and platforms
  • Sharp analytical skills for impactful insights
  • Proactive in your approach and excellent time management
  • Previous experience in agencies, with advertisers, or media owners is a plus
