About the Job Opportunity
Havas Media Network is strengthening its Paid Social division and is looking for a Senior Social Consultant on a permanent contract (CDI).
Your Future Challenges
Reporting to the Social Team Lead, you will be an essential link in developing Paid Social strategies, client relations, and ensuring the quality of campaigns delivered. As a key point of contact for your accounts, you will combine operational rigor with strategic expertise.
Strategic Management & Client Support
- Independently manage strategic recommendations and client relationships.
- Challenge briefs and propose solutions adapted to business objectives.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables for your accounts.
Campaign Setup & Management
- Oversee the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns.
- Produce clear and actionable analyses.
- Serve as a reference point on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Team Spirit & Knowledge Sharing
- Act as a trusted relay for the Social Team Lead in team animation.
- Share best practices and tools, contributing to a demanding yet supportive team culture.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Paid Social (agency or advertiser).
- Excellent command of Paid Social platforms and their mechanics.
- Aptitude for digital strategy, with a client and results-oriented vision.
- Ability to manage, transmit knowledge, and foster team cohesion.
- Curiosity, initiative, rigor, and operational excellence.

- Offices located in the Havas Village in Puteaux, with a view over Paris.
- 2 days of remote work per week.
- 25 days of paid leave + 12 RTT days + 3 additional days.
