About Havas International

Havas International is the international hub of Havas Media, a global leader in communication services. We manage, coordinate, and implement media campaigns for major global advertisers such as Hermès, Lactalis, Meetic, the European Parliament, Carrefour, and BNPP. Our department is a diverse team of 100 collaborators from around the world, united by a passion for international communication. We operate as an agile, human-sized entity, balancing client relations, consulting, media strategy, coordination, and implementation across all media channels, both offline and digital.

Your Future Challenges

The Global Account Executive work-study program is a 12-month opportunity to deepen your knowledge of media and communications. We are seeking a motivated apprentice to build a strong foundation in managing key business accounts, providing superior client service, and delivering innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in daily account management, supporting key global projects, and liaising with our local teams across numerous countries. You will work on three distinct accounts: Hermès, Aigle, and the European Parliament.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key clients and projects, ensuring first-class service and quality deliverables.
  • Support the Global Account Director and Global Account Manager in daily account operations, including coordinating and executing media strategies with internal specialist teams.
  • Coordinate with core local teams and manage client deliverables, preparing materials for client presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence project, including researching clients and the industry.
  • Coordinate stakeholders centrally and in other countries.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, embracing opportunities, resolving issues collaboratively, and keeping account directors and managers informed.
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency in all internal and external events.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree or require an internship to complete studies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Bright, eager to learn, and grow, with gravitas and confidence.
  • Innovative with a can-do attitude, always seeking to improve processes.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

The Conditions

  • Apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
  • Ideal duration: 12 months.
  • Location: Puteaux, Havas Village (Metro line 1, Esplanade de la Défense).
  • Starting September 2026.
