What You'll Do
As a GTM Enablement Manager, you will join Haus at a pivotal scaling moment. You will own high-impact enablement programs to onboard, train, and support our Sales and Measurement Strategy teams, shaping the long-term GTM strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities Include
- Own and deliver onboarding and enablement programs for sales/customer success.
- Develop and facilitate training sessions, certifications, and learning paths.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Ops on product launches.
- Measure and optimize enablement programs using feedback and performance data.
- Partner with managers to reinforce key skills through coaching frameworks.
- Create and manage content on platforms like Gong, Mindtickle, Notion, and Glean.
- Support planning for programs tied to pipeline generation and retention.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in GTM enablement, sales readiness or related fields.
- Proven track record in building scalable enablement programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and enablement tools.
- A bias for action, deep curiosity, and hands-on approach.
Bonus Points
- Experience enabling both sales and customer success teams.
- Background in high-growth startups and marketing tech solutions.
- Exposure to or interest in AI-powered enablement tools.
