For our Digitalization team within the IT business unit, Haufe Group is looking for a Product Owner ServiceNow to drive our vision of a digital enterprise.

Job Description

Steering and Planning: Responsible for managing and planning projects in the ServiceNow domain.

Value-oriented Platform Development: Develop and implement platform strategies that deliver sustainable value.

Strategic Perspective: Analyze market trends and technologies with the ServiceNow Solution Architect.

Transparent Communication: Ensure clear communication with stakeholders to meet their needs.

Requirements Management: Capture, analyze, and prioritize requirements with business departments.

Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of solutions and continuously improve them.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Several years as a Product Owner, ideally in ServiceNow.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
• Certifications in ServiceNow or agile methodologies (SCRUM) are a plus.
• Strategic decision making with creative, innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for requirement evaluation and prioritization.
• Excellent German (min. C1) and good English skills.
