Overview

The Account Manager International Sales role with Hauck Group is a fully remote position focused on managing and expanding a diverse international retail account portfolio including Scandinavia, Italy, Greece, the Middle East, and other markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow through and close sales according to the sales plan.
  • Develop structured joint business plans for growth and brand exposure.
  • Monitor and support retail sales, implementing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Focus on E-Commerce account and distributor development alongside traditional B&M retail.
  • Collaborate with Sales Director Europe on forecasting and achieving revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with customer services for order book management and credit risk control.
  • Participate in market research and share insights with global teams.
  • Manage new product initiatives from inception to launch.
  • Attend company sales meetings and trade shows as required.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in nursery, toy, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in growing retail accounts and online retailers.
  • Strong commercial understanding with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of FOB business is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned international regions.
  • Service-oriented mindset with proactive planning and organizational skills.
