Overview
The Account Manager International Sales role with Hauck Group is a fully remote position focused on managing and expanding a diverse international retail account portfolio including Scandinavia, Italy, Greece, the Middle East, and other markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow through and close sales according to the sales plan.
- Develop structured joint business plans for growth and brand exposure.
- Monitor and support retail sales, implementing corrective action plans as needed.
- Focus on E-Commerce account and distributor development alongside traditional B&M retail.
- Collaborate with Sales Director Europe on forecasting and achieving revenue targets.
- Coordinate with customer services for order book management and credit risk control.
- Participate in market research and share insights with global teams.
- Manage new product initiatives from inception to launch.
- Attend company sales meetings and trade shows as required.
Your Profile
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in nursery, toy, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in growing retail accounts and online retailers.
- Strong commercial understanding with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of FOB business is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned international regions.
- Service-oriented mindset with proactive planning and organizational skills.
