About Sales Coordinator - Drive
Join Nine’s brand Drive, designed for automotive enthusiasts. In this role, you will support our national sales accounts by managing the pre-sales phase, campaign implementation, and client liaison activities. Work with industry leaders to shape the future of automotive in Australia through digital media.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during pre-sales.
- Manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across teams.
- Act as the key liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients.
- Manage campaign assets and address client change requests promptly.
- Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout campaigns.
Key Strengths & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Solid understanding of digital media and client/media agency dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Experience with ad technologies such as Google Ad Manager and Salesforce is a plus.
