Urban CGI is seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer / ICT Generalist to join their team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to learn and contribute to the development of real-time 3D construction simulation systems.

We are a specialist technology company that builds real-time 3D construction simulation systems for major infrastructure projects worldwide. Our innovative solutions utilize Unreal Engine, AWS, AI agents, and custom C++ tools to develop behavioral planning and training systems. The Role
We are looking for a sharp junior DevOps / ICT generalist to maintain our technical infrastructure while rapidly expanding their skillset. This position offers direct collaboration with our development team on serious systems, rather than a typical ticket-closing role.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- AWS infrastructure management (EC2, S3, IAM, deployments)
- CI/CD pipeline operations (GitHub Actions)
- Linux system administration (Ubuntu, shell scripting, log management)
- Microsoft 365 administration (users, licenses, SharePoint, Teams)
- Docker containerization for internal tools
- Unreal Engine build environment support
- General ICT tasks including networking, DNS, VPN, and security
- Future AI agent deployment infrastructure
Who We Are Looking For:
