Job Description

Digital Marketing Coordinator at ClassBento

Do you love marketing and have a passion for fun, creative experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a hands-on role where you’ll make a meaningful impact supporting influencer, partnership and social campaigns across organic and paid channels.

About ClassBento

ClassBento helps people break routine and reconnect through creativity. We connect individuals with local teachers and creative small businesses offering hands-on experiences across Australia and globally, both in-person and online. At a time when stress and burnout are rising, our experiences give people a reason to come together, try something new and recharge through creativity. We’re proud to support local teachers and small businesses while helping people create real moments of connection. We’re a close-knit team building a high-growth, purpose-driven brand.

About the Role

This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who genuinely loves marketing, content and creator partnerships. You’ll spend the majority of your time coordinating Influencer and Ambassador campaigns, with the remaining time supporting brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, EDM and social operations. You’ll report into the Social Media Manager and work closely with our CRM Lifecycle Manager as well as the wider marketing and creative team to support global campaign execution across influencer, social and lifecycle channels. You’ll help bring campaigns to life across Australia, the USA and the UK, ensuring content is delivered on time, assets are organised and our creator community feels supported and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brief, onboard and coordinate influencers and ambassadors across Australia, the USA and the UK, including managing timelines, deliverables, approvals and reporting.
  • Maintain influencer and ambassador pipelines in CRM and workflow tools, including application handling, outreach tracking and status updates.
  • Coordinate creator and ambassador participation logistics, including class bookings.
  • Ensure influencer and social content is received, reviewed, scheduled and delivered on time across organic and paid social channels.
  • Collect, organise and upload creator and campaign assets into content libraries, ensuring clear tagging, structure and shareable links.
  • Support social and short-form video content creation, including assisting with on-camera content where required.
  • Monitor and respond to relevant DMs, comments and community interactions in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support EDM campaign creation, including drafting content, coordinating assets and scheduling.
  • Assist with affiliate marketing and brand partnership coordination.
  • Track and report on influencer and campaign performance to support ongoing optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong written communication skills (social captions, community responses, email copy).
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest or similar).
  • Skilled in CapCut or similar video editing tools.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Cultural Fit

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Conscientious — You take ownership and follow through.
  • Open — Curious, adaptable and open to feedback.
  • Caring — You build respectful relationships with creators and teammates.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Experience using EDM platforms (Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, HubSpot etc.).
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

The Fun Stuff

  • Join a talented team making a genuine social impact.
  • Learn new arts and crafts along the way.
  • $1,000 of ClassBento experiences each year (on us).
  • We donate to Dementia Australia, Mental Health UK and NAMI.
  • Flexible hybrid working.
  • Supportive, positive and family-friendly culture.

Job Details

  • Full-time.
  • Flexible hybrid working (Chatswood office + WFH).
  • Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
  • Salary: $55k–$65k + super.

Think You’d Be a Great Fit?

Instead of a traditional cover letter, we’d love to see you on camera. Please send a 45–90 second video telling us a bit about yourself, your interests and creative side, and why you’d be a great fit for the role. It doesn’t need to be overly polished — we care more about your personality and how you communicate. Even if this role isn’t the perfect match, your video may open the door to future ambassador opportunities.
