About the Role

The Automotive Sales Coordinator - Drive role at Nine is designed for a detail-oriented professional passionate about digital media and sales. You will provide essential sales support for national accounts and assist with campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during pre-sales.
  • Manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation.
  • Act as liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients.
  • Manage campaign assets and address client change requests promptly.
  • Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and campaign analysis.

Qualifications

Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, a sound understanding of digital media, and the ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail. Experience with ad technologies such as Google Ad Manager and Salesforce is a plus.
