About the Role
At Wizards of the Coast, a part of Hasbro, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection.
Join our world-class Magic: The Gathering® studio as an Associate Producer - Magic Product Data! Directly supporting the horizontal Producer group, you will engage across every part of our tabletop product pipeline, ensuring product requirements are complete and accurate so that teams understand what to deliver, roadblocks are cleared for smooth production, and key project communication happens in a timely manner. You will work on multiple products at the same time, in different phases of development and production, from early product planning through launch and beyond.
This role is ideal for a meticulous, proactive, and self-directed professional, eager to make a difference in the delivery of Magic products.
This is an on-site role at our office in Renton WA. You will be required to be at the office from Tuesday to Thursday.
What You'll Do
- Maintain extensive product data and requirements with a focus on timely and accurate information; communicate product changes to prevent errors and maintain a historical record.
- Field questions from collaborators and track down the answers to maintain project momentum.
- Schedule key project meetings, facilitate inter-team communication, and drive action items so that decisions are reached quickly.
- Monitor project status utilizing MS Teams and Smartsheet to identify outstanding issues, collaborator questions, and new decision points; own collaborator access to project resources.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience supporting projects or operational work that involved tracking details, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across multiple contributors.
- Strong organizational instincts — you enjoy keeping information accurate, up to date, and accessible, and you notice when details don’t line up.
- Clear, professional communication skills across written and verbal channels, with the ability to adjust tone and level of detail based on audience while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and intellectual property protection.
- Experience working within a team environment using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.

- Ability to work effectively across diverse creative and technical teams, following up on open questions and helping to drive consensus and clarity.
