Role Overview
Formerly known as Legal Product Specialist, the Legal Engineer Product Specialist role is designed for experienced lawyers from top-tier law firms. You will leverage your legal expertise to help customers integrate Harvey's AI into daily workflows, driving adoption, utilization, expansion, and renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams
- Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs
- Act as a strategic partner for Customer Success Managers and Account Executives
- Surface and resolve obstacles to adoption with legal empathy
- Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams
- Monitor usage trends, identify at-risk accounts, and re-engage users
- Develop customer-facing content and ensure continued success
- Support Harvey’s credibility as the leading AI platform for lawyers
- Travel as required to customer and company offices
What You Have
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of legal practice at a top-tier law firm with a focus on practice innovation
- Strong executive engagement skills and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of legal processes and industry challenges
- Curiosity and insight into AI's potential in the legal field
- Customer-facing or business development experience is a plus
Compensation & Equal Opportunity
