Role Overview
The Legal Engineer - Custom Solutions on the Custom Solutions team is a unique position for legal professionals who leverage their legal background to design custom prompts, playbooks, and workflows tailored for customer needs using Harvey's platform.
What You'll Do
- Own creation and implementation of custom prompts, workflows, and vault templates.
- Lead scoping sessions with customer stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with customer teams for effective implementation and adoption.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on solutions, piloting new Harvey features.
- Channel customer feedback to product and engineering teams for enhancements.
- Develop reusable assets and best practices for consistent deployments.
What You Have
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house.
- Strong communication skills and customer engagement experience.
- Understanding of legal processes and challenges.
- Curiosity about AI’s potential in the legal industry; experience with custom AI solutions is a plus.
Compensation
OTE ranges from $170,000 to $240,000 USD (80/20 split).
