About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will join our team to manage end-to-end digital campaigns. This role offers comprehensive experience in account servicing, encompassing campaign briefing, reporting, client relations, and end-of-month reconciliation. You will also collaborate with internal marketing and TV/Radio teams, providing assistance where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Briefing, managing, validating, and reporting on digital campaigns across internal & external platforms.
- Managing campaign implementation from booking accuracy to creative specifications and asset sourcing.
- Communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders, from clients to media publishers.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital design.
- Maintaining accurate and regular reporting for every campaign.
- Assisting with media plans, campaign evaluation, and review of proposals.
- Managing invoicing, billing, and account queries where necessary.
