About Harvey Norman Administration Coordinator

About the Role

Reporting to the Product and Marketing Manager, this fast-paced, hands-on role requires you to juggle multiple tasks. You will provide administrative support across areas such as supplier communication, product orders & support, tracking & reporting, advertising, online content, and managing product samples.

  • Maintain product database, intranet, and online marketplace
  • Coordinate promotional offers, samples, and product details with suppliers
  • Assist in production with purchase orders, seasonal range selection, artwork and packaging checks
  • Prepare product briefs and coordinate photography sessions
  • Keep the sample room organized and maintain regular store communication
  • Assist with marketing materials preparation for catalogues, online content, and briefs

About You

You have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. You work effectively both independently and collaboratively, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
