About the Role: Workday Talent Acquisition Contractor at Harvey Nash
Harvey Nash USA is seeking a skilled Workday Talent Acquisition Contractor to support a major Financial Services Client. This remote position focuses on the successful go-live of the Client’s Workday Recruiting implementation.
You will collaborate closely with People Systems and Talent Acquisition teams, assisting with system configuration, comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and providing essential user support throughout the project launch. Your role is critical in ensuring all recruiting workflows and processes operate seamlessly and in resolving any issues that may arise during the go-live period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Workday Recruiting system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting during the project go-live phase.
- Provide direct support to recruiters and hiring managers utilizing the new Workday system, addressing their questions and resolving operational issues.
- Accurately document and escalate technical or process-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with HRIS, IT, and People Systems teams to meticulously test and validate all system changes.
- Support the efficient roll-out of new recruiting processes and gather user feedback to inform continuous improvements.
- Contribute to maintaining recruiting data integrity and quality throughout the system transition.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Possession of Workday Recruiting certification.
- Demonstrated experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition projects, particularly system implementations or go-lives.
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with broader HR processes and robust data management practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.
