The Opportunity
The Learning Solution Architect at HBP is a key member of the Design Services team in Solution and Enablement. Reporting to the Director of Design Services, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and HBP content to craft client solutions and digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Consulting: Advise client teams post-sale, manage design projects end-to-end, create digital and blended modules, and lead design specialists.
- Innovation and Efficiency: Repurpose solution designs, launch new offerings, and propose innovative approaches.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with Project Services and Strategic Learning Managers and conduct client discovery conversations.
Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred with 8+ years of experience in designing leadership and management development programs, consulting on complex learning solutions, and creating impactful live session designs. Must be effective in consultative conversations with senior stakeholders, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working remotely with occasional travel (approximately 10%).
