The Opportunity
The Channel Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for adapting existing marketing programs for global channel partners, designing tailored initiatives, and creating a scalable channel partner marketing program with tiered entitlements and GTM alignment mechanisms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing program for corporate channel partners.
- Adapt HBP marketing assets for partner use, including decks, thought leadership and webinars.
- Design co-marketing initiatives with key partners, including joint events and campaigns.
- Create a scalable marketing program with tiered partner entitlements.
- Implement GTM alignment mechanisms using lead scoring, referral tracking and campaign performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for channel partners to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
- Monitor and analyze program effectiveness with data-driven recommendations.
- Develop a repository for partner marketing materials and resources.
- Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on channel or partner marketing.
- Experience in corporate learning, SaaS, or professional services environments.
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch and execute them efficiently.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market partnerships and co-selling workflows.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and partner platforms.
- A passion for empowering partners through impactful marketing.
