The AI Developer at HBP will drive innovation by applying AI and ML technologies to enhance product interactivity and value delivery.

Opportunity

This role involves supporting product teams in rapid prototype development, equipping product leads with AI-enabled tools, and facilitating cross-team collaboration to leverage core ML and AI infrastructure throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support product teams in building new AI-enabled features and prototypes.
  • Facilitate technical interoperability across product management, engineering, and partner teams.
  • Develop and maintain ML and AI infrastructure including APIs and MLOps tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and maintain pipelines.
  • Support data science and analytics projects to drive strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in data science, ML/AI development, or related fields.
  • Expertise in Python programming and AI/ML packages (pandas, scikit-learn, pytorch, Langchain).
  • Proficiency in developing, deploying, and maintaining ML infrastructure including MLOps tools.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (docker).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of Gen AI development experience.
  • Experience with No-Code AI assistive tools support.
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data dashboard development with tools like Streamlit.
