Summary
This role is responsible for editing and uploading new content to the website, migrating content from various microsites, alongside day-to-day edits and changes as required to IFS.com. You're a B2B Marketer who really enjoys working with Content Management Systems and believes that they can help get the most out of content and enjoy helping others, yet also enjoys working with technology and is not afraid when things get quite technical. This is an exciting opportunity for a who wants to be part of a fast-paced Digital Marketing team, with potential to grow into other areas of website management.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
- Upload, create and publish content using our digital experience platform Sitecore.
- Optimize web content to align with SEO and accessibility standards.
- Ensure our content is up to date and accurate.
- Take a strategic approach to content, maintain high standards and deliver a great customer experience.
- Monitor and action daily support tickets via Asana.
- Be part of a wider web team and support development through QA and testing where required.
Overall Required Competence
The ideal person will be able to work well in a team and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced digital environment. This role will be integral to ensuring all digital outputs are of the highest standard possible.
Required Education & Experience
Essential:
- Ensure timelines are managed effectively and consistently.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Knowledge of website standards and best practices.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity of different digital assets and formats, including imagery, infographics and videos.
Desirable:
- Experience working to brand standards and tone of voice guidelines.
- Experience using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Understanding of Google Analytics and other website performance tools.
