Summary
Hart seeks a Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of brand, messaging, and integrated marketing strategies across multiple client accounts. The role blends research, cultural insights, and market analysis to deliver actionable recommendations including brand positioning, messaging platforms, and creative inspiration. You will collaborate closely with department strategists, account and creative leads, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support qualitative, quantitative, and cultural research initiatives and translate findings into strategy.
- Prepare foresight decks, insight reports, and story-driven strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Creative, Media, PR, and Account teams to integrate strategy into campaigns.
- Track cultural, consumer, and industry trends for positioning and creative inspiration.
- Contribute to new business with research support and strategic branding recommendations.
- Ensure deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and creative relevance.
Qualifications
- 6–12 years experience in strategic research, insights, or integrated marketing roles.
- Expertise in brand strategy, messaging development, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior strategists and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to omnichannel strategy including Paid, Owned, and Earned media is a plus.
- Familiarity with research tools and cultural intelligence platforms preferred.
