Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will join the Delivery Team to ensure the timely and successful deployment of Hart solutions. You will own implementation projects by collaborating with clients to set requirements, timelines, and expectations, as well as working cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and operations to drive project milestones while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Develop project scope, plans, timelines, and budgets; manage risks and execute projects within scope.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary client contact and coordinate meetings to gather requirements and deliver project updates.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Facilitate coordination among technical teams, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Process Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation, oversee ETL processes, ensure compliance, and support customer training.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus. Must have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years in a technical role. Experience with Epic Caboodle and Clarity systems is strongly preferred. Proficiency with project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and detail orientation skills.
