We're partnering with one of the most exciting AI startups in New York, building cutting-edge technology to tackle one of the biggest challenges of the AI era: distinguishing authentic content from AI-generated media.

As generative AI rapidly transforms the internet, this team is developing proprietary deep learning models capable of detecting AI-generated images, video, audio, and text at industry-leading accuracy. Their technology is already trusted by major technology platforms, publishers, education providers, and enterprise customers, with ambitious plans to expand into multimodal authenticity detection.

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly technical team where you'll have genuine ownership over both the research and engineering behind production-scale machine learning systems.

The Role

As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you'll own models end-to-end from dataset creation and large-scale training through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production.

This is an engineering-first role where success is measured by the systems you build and ship, not just the research you publish.

What You'll Be Working On

• Training large-scale deep learning models for AI-generated image and video detection
• Building production inference systems that serve models reliably at scale
• Designing evaluation frameworks to improve robustness against rapidly evolving generative models
• Developing large-scale data processing and synthetic dataset generation pipelines
• Optimising model performance, latency, scalability, and cost
• Collaborating closely with researchers and product engineers to bring new capabilities into production

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of industry experience building and deploying machine learning systems
• Strong experience training deep learning models in PyTorch
• Deep understanding of modern computer vision and generative models, including diffusion models, GANs, or Vision Transformers
• Experience building production ML systems rather than purely research prototypes
• Comfortable owning the full ML lifecycle—from data and training through deployment and monitoring
• Experience with distributed training, MLOps, model serving, or large-scale infrastructure is highly desirable
