About the Assistant Store Manager Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the team and bringing the Harris Scarfe experience to life. This involves creating a warm, welcoming store environment and consistently delivering on sales targets, service excellence, and fostering a positive team culture. You will support the Store Manager across all areas of the business, setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation.
- Lead by example, upholding high standards in service, safety, and presentation.
- Train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence.
- Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes.
- Help drive strong results across all departments.
