Job Summary - Correctional Health
Harris Health System is seeking an Informatics Pharmacist to provide project and live system support for clinical systems within its Correctional Health division. This role involves participating in activities related to clinical pharmacy systems, effective communication with stakeholders, and maintaining/optimizing clinical content in pharmacy information systems. The Informatics Pharmacist will also provide staff pharmacist services to the department as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree: BS or PharmD in pharmacy
- Licensure & Certifications: Epic Certification within 6 months of employment; Registered with Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Must obtain Texas license within the first 90 days of employment if by reciprocity or as a new graduate.
- Pharmacy PGY1 or PGY2 specialty residency preferred.
- Work Experience: Two (2) years of pharmacy operations experience preferred. One (1) + year of Information Technology/Clinical Systems experience preferred.
