About the Role
GlobalMeet, a division of Harris, is seeking a Director, AI Operations to lead AI transformation across its webcasting platform and business. This role focuses on execution and adoption, establishing an AI-enabled code factory, and integrating intelligent capabilities into products and workflows. You will translate AI strategy into measurable outcomes, accelerating development, shipping, and innovation.
What Your Impact Will Be
- AI-DLC Code Factory & Development Acceleration: Architect and operationalize an AI-DLC powered software factory to accelerate the development lifecycle (sprint planning, code generation, testing, QA, documentation, release). Standardize and scale AI-augmented development practices to improve velocity, quality, and consistency. Initial focus on operationalizing Anthropic Claude Code and agentic development tooling.
- Player-Coaching & Capability Development: Mentor and grow the team's AI fluency, technical depth, and operational maturity. Lead by example by developing key AI features and architectural changes.
- Product Innovation & AI-Embedded Functionality: Identify and operationalize opportunities to integrate AI into the GlobalMeet platform (e.g., intelligent analytics, automated workflows, stream optimization, compliance tooling). Drive exploration of AI-powered features for Fortune 500 customers and collaborate on the product roadmap.
- AI Governance, Risk & Operational Safety: Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI-assisted development (human-in-the-loop, auditability, security, safeguards). Define standards for AI agent execution, permissions, prompt management, and deployment. Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to ensure enterprise-grade AI adoption aligns with data governance and regulatory requirements.
- AI Research & Emerging Technology: Continuously monitor the AI landscape (models, frameworks, tools) to ensure GlobalMeet stays at the forefront of applied AI innovation. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Enterprise Change Leadership: Lead AI adoption through training, communication, and enablement strategies. Foster a culture of continuous innovation where AI is a core operating capability.

- 15+ years in technology, operations, product, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience building or operating AI-enabled development environments (code factory models) with measurable impact.
- Demonstrated success selecting and implementing AI-DLC and agentic development at enterprise scale.
