About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer - CI/CD & Mobile is a hybrid role based in Bangalore. You will join the Customer Engineering team, blending deep technical expertise with a customer-facing focus to architect solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize software delivery pipelines using the Harness platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the trusted technical expert and primary contact for enterprise customers.
  • Architect and implement sophisticated CI/CD strategies with mobile focus.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in customer environments and code.
  • Develop deep platform expertise across CI, CD, Feature Flags, Cloud Cost, and STO.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering with customer feedback.
  • Deliver advanced technical workshops and create runbooks.

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills

3-7 years of software engineering experience with a focus on DevOps, CI/CD and automation. Strong skills in mobile app development pipelines (Android & iOS), troubleshooting, programming (Go, Python, Java, Shell), and familiarity with containerization, orchestration, IaC, and cloud platforms are required.

Good-to-Have Skills

Customer-facing technical experience, direct mobile development expertise, prior exposure to the Harness platform, and knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
