About The Role

HARMAN is accelerating its journey to become an AI-first company. In this role within the Corporate Strategy & M&A team, the Director, AI Strategy and Transformation will drive the formulation of AI strategies in HARMAN Automotive and Lifestyle divisions, define cross-functional roadmaps, and strengthen HARMAN’s AI ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Ecosystem Engagement:

  • Translate AI trends and innovations into concrete opportunities.
  • Act as a thought partner to HARMAN senior leadership on AI strategies and roadmaps.
  • Cooperate with Samsung stakeholders to leverage AI investments and innovation power.
  • Shape partnerships with AI ecosystem players and evaluate potential investments.

AI Transformation:

  • Drive definition of AI strategies and roadmaps across HARMAN.
  • Partner with leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value AI initiatives.
  • Ensure value delivery of priority AI initiatives by defining milestones, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in technology-led business transformation.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing AI-driven business transformation.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technology stack and ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in global, highly matrixed organizations.

What Is Nice To Have

  • Prior experience in strategy consulting.
  • Exposure to automotive or consumer electronics industries.
  • Relevant certifications in AI, cloud technologies, or solution architecture.
