About The Role

You will be responsible for facilitating the Digital Compliance & Privacy activities across the company. This includes supporting internal and external audits, maintaining our ISMS and compliance framework, as well as reviewing system or project requests for security and privacy aspects.

Your Team

You will report to the Manager of Digital Privacy & Compliance, who is part of the overall Digital Security Engineering team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage all external and internal audits related to ISO 27001, TISAX, (K)SOX or other ad-hoc audits.
  • Address customer compliance requests.
  • Review application, technology or process related privacy reviews.
  • Regularly audit the Harman environment (websites, applications…) to make sure we stay compliant with the regulations and we correctly protect the dataset containing PII.
  • Facilitate business stakeholders to comply with compliance requirements defined by the internal ISMS.
  • Support the Security team during forensic analysis, involving privacy breaches.
  • Maintain the set of HARMAN policies and procedures which are security or compliance related.
  • Responsible of user Security training and awareness program.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance activities, preferably with an international footprint.
  • Experience in GDPR, CCPA, PIPL and other privacy frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English: reading, writing and speaking.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Basic experience in cybersecurity technologies (endpoint security, networking, cloud etc.).
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LI/LA certifications or similar industry certifications.
