Sourcing Specialist at Harel Insurance & Finance

What the role includes:
- Proactively sourcing candidates on professional networks and platforms.
- Developing new recruitment sources.
- Building relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Working with recruitment tools, systems, and technologies.
- Managing publications and employer branding on various platforms.
What is important for us to see in you:
- Previous experience in recruitment / sourcing - mandatory.
- Creativity, curiosity, headhunting ability, and talent identification skills.
- Technological aptitude and proficiency with digital tools.
Work Details:
- Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday (shortened hours on Thursdays - 6 working hours).
- Our office is located in Ramat Gan, Bourse complex, near Savidor Center train station and the light rail.
