Harel Insurance & Finance is hiring a Recruitment Manager for our Recruitment Department!
About Us:
The Recruitment Department at Harel Insurance & Finance is seeking a Recruitment Team Manager. This role has a broad impact on organizational growth and involves collaboration with business units. This is an opportunity to join the Human Resources division for a significant role that includes team leadership, influencing organizational recruitment processes, and building an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 5 recruitment coordinators and 4 telephone interviewers for operational and administrative positions across all business units of the company.
- Oversee all internal employee transfers within the company, operating in accordance with labor laws and company policy for finding the next role.
- Lead the team to meet recruitment goals, with responsibility for the development, feedback, training, and onboarding of the recruitment team.
- Full responsibility for meeting recruitment goals: quantity, quality, SLA, and time-to-fill.
- Analyze recruitment data, generate insights, present findings, and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ongoing work with hiring managers and interfaces within the Human Resources division.
- Implement an organizational culture aligned with the company's vision and values, leading and executing an annual work plan with goals for recruitment, retention, and employee mobility.
What You'll Bring:
- At least two years of experience in recruitment teams.
- Experience managing internal employee transfers - a significant advantage.
- Ability to work with multiple interfaces and drive cross-organizational processes.
Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, 8.5 hours per day + overtime. Location: Ramat Gan, Diamond Exchange District, adjacent to Savidor Center train station and the light rail.
