We are establishing and expanding the organizational AI Factory – a central unit that leads the development, infrastructure, and implementation of AI solutions on a wide scale. At the core of our strategy is the concept of a Project Data Manager, viewing data as a managed, measurable, and high-quality asset, ready for consumption by AI systems, analytics, and product.

This role sits at the intersection of data, engineering, architecture, product, and business units – combining strategic thinking with actual operational leadership. This is a key role with a broad impact on the organization's readiness for AI worlds, with real responsibility for creating a stable, measurable, and business-value-oriented data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end data programs.
• Managing strategic data initiatives from definition to production implementation.
• Translating business needs and AI initiatives into clear workstreams with milestones and success metrics.
• Managing dependencies between Data Engineering, BI, AI/ML, IT, Cyber teams, and key business stakeholders.
• Building Roadmaps and prioritizing in a multi-initiative environment.
• Deep understanding of business processes and mapping data-driven opportunities.
• Implementing the "Data as a Product" concept.
• Defining Domain Ownership, SLA, and KPI for organizational data.
• Establishing standards for Metadata, Data Contracts, and data lifecycle management.
• Implementing quality metrics (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency).
• Monitoring and measuring data as a business asset of the organization, its consumption, and enrichment.

Infrastructure and Data Enrichment

• Leading Ingestion, transformation, and validation processes from internal and external sources.
• Ensuring scalable data structure ready for consumption by GenAI/ML models and solutions.
• Ongoing work with Data Science teams to understand model requirements and translate them into a clear data backlog.

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technology/data project management.
• Experience leading complex data initiatives in a large organization.
• Close work with Data Engineers, Architects, and AI/ML teams.
• Understanding of Data Pipelines, Data Modeling, and Data Governance processes.
• Experience in Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) – significant advantage.
• Advantage – side projects, entrepreneurial spirit as a builder.
