The AI division at Harel Insurance & Finance continues to grow, leading the development of smart platforms and tools integrated into the core processes of one of Israel's largest insurance and finance companies. We are recruiting an Artificial Intelligence Engineer for a hands-on role that enables strong developers to grow into the knowledge hub for LLMs, Smart Agents, and Applied AI within the organization.

What You Will Do

• Develop NLP and LLM-based systems, including Smart Agents and RAG solutions.
• Utilize LangChain and LangGraph to build complex workflows and pipelines.
• Participate in building Evaluation Frameworks, metrics, A/B testing, and model improvement processes.
• Develop advanced architectures for AI Agents.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of strong, proven experience in Python development.
• Ability to write clean, high-quality code based on best practices.
• Good understanding of software architecture and ability to work with APIs and complex systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
• High capacity for self-learning and a strong desire to develop in AI/LLM fields.

Significant Advantages

• Experience with LLM Agents, RAG, Vector Databases.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Model Evaluation and Experimentation.
• Knowledge in Machine Learning: Fine-tuning, classical models (Scikit-Learn), PyTorch / TensorFlow.
