Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role

Harel's AI division is at the forefront of establishing and developing advanced AI platforms and smart tools. These are directly integrated into the core processes of a major insurance and finance company. We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer for a hands-on position, dedicated to constructing Smart Agents, RAG solutions, and LLM-based systems. These systems empower various business, operational, and digital units across the organization.

This role demands a blend of profound technological expertise with a keen understanding of organizational workflows, regulatory compliance, and scalability. You will be an integral part of a central team focused on developing horizontal AI capabilities for immediate internal use and future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop NLP-based systems, specifically including LLM Agents and RAG pipelines.
• Utilize LangChain and LangGraph to construct complex AI Workflows.
• Oversee AI Evaluation processes, which involves creating Evaluation Frameworks, defining metrics, and conducting A/B Testing.
• Design and implement sophisticated architectures for LLM-based Agents, incorporating advanced features such as Context Management, Long-term Memory, and Tool Integration.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in high-level Python development.
• Demonstrated experience in developing LLM Agents, RAG systems, and integrating them into existing software architectures.
• Practical experience with Vector Databases.
• Hands-on proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Profound understanding of Model Evaluation, performance measurement, and Experimentation methodologies.
• Solid knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, including:
  • Building, training, and fine-tuning models.
  • Working effectively with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with Supervised, Unsupervised, and Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
• At least one year of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure) and deploying AI services within these environments.
