What we are looking for:

We are seeking a technological Project Manager with a affinity for Product. This role operates within Harel's AI unit, aiming to lead AI and automation initiatives from end-to-end. This includes understanding, prioritizing, and identifying business needs, through to implementation and ongoing monitoring.

The role acts as a liaison between business units, data, information systems, and operations – matrix-managing a dedicated Squad for prioritizing the organization's AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end leadership of technological projects: Planning, managing, and executing in-depth technological projects in AI, building roadmaps, and defining milestones according to business unit goals.
• Agile methodology leadership: Ongoing management of progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Matrix Squad Leadership: Managing squads including Data Scientists, Architects, Developers, Designers, and QA. Fostering coordination between business units with diverse content areas within the organization.
• Driving technological and human processes in a multi-stakeholder environment, managing conflicts.
• Ongoing monitoring and analysis of project processes at various stages (proof of concept, pilots, production implementation, optimization, etc.).
• Continuous planning, roadmap development, and milestone definition.
• Leading in an Agile work environment.
• Implementing AI products and processes among internal users, businesses, and end customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technological project management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Product Ownership.
• Proven experience working closely with senior business stakeholders in a complex environment with multiple interfaces and integrations with core systems.
• Proven experience in building work processes, roadmaps, prioritizing milestones, and writing product management requirements.
• Ability to lead and take initiatives from idea to delivery.
• Ability to think outside the box to identify creative technological solutions alongside innovative AI solutions.
• Knowledge in AI/ML/LLM - a significant advantage.
• Experience leading DATA/AI initiatives - an advantage.
• Experience in insurance/finance/Healthcare - an advantage.
• High-level English proficiency.

Our offices are located in Ramat Gan, the Stock Exchange complex, near Savidor Central train station and the light rail.
