Job Overview
Harbor is seeking a Legal Technology Project Manager Team Lead to join our growing Legal Technology and Operations Department. As the primary point of contact for client engagements, this role ensures client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service.
Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing the implementation team and managing multiple concurrent projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in scope.
- Lead cross-functional project teams using Harbor Project Management tools.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Manage client communications and address escalations.
- Guide and mentor up to three Project Manager team members.
- Oversee risk, budget, and scope management including change requests.
Qualifications
Candidates should have project management experience, ideally with Aderant Expert / Elite 3E systems, a four-year degree or equivalent experience, and strong skills in negotiation, decision-making, and communication. Experience in the legal software industry or with the firm’s services is preferred.
