Overview
Harbor is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Client Manager Legal Marketing CRM Data Quality. This full-time position is fully remote from anywhere within the United States. You will lead internal Data Quality teams, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure successful delivery of services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver high-quality Data Quality service projects from start to finish.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, from technical staff to executive stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings to identify needs and set project plans.
- Develop and maintain documentation including Style Guides and Success Steps.
- Provide weekly status reports and ensure project updates are recorded in internal systems.
- Assign and balance workload across Data Quality team members.
- Support Quality Specialists and provide real-time team support.
- Lead team operations including scheduling, relationship building, and team calls.
- Maintain consistent, clear communication with internal and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data quality projects and team support.
- Proficiency in a legal CRM system such as InterAction or DealCloud.
- Strong client support and communication skills.
- Previous project team or direct report management experience is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in legal software systems is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with a background in client-facing documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
