About The Role

This Forward Deployed Engineer - Portuguese Speaking role requires both strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will work closely with customers from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring they maximize the value of HappyRobot's AI platform.

Tech Profile

  • Full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Node.js
  • Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience
  • Experience building AI/ML applications
  • API management and integration with third-party systems
  • LLM prompting and tuning of voices and transcribers
  • Constant iteration to perfect use cases, building new features or entire MVPs

Must Have

  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Founder mindset: hard work, independence, and ownership
