Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist at HappyRobot, you will be instrumental in bridging user needs, data insights, and product capabilities to deliver substantial value to our customers. This role involves deep dives into customer operations, direct collaboration with end-users and key decision-makers, and shaping the application of HappyRobot’s technology to address their most critical business challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with customers to thoroughly understand their workflows, objectives, and pain points, often by embedding directly with their teams.
• Collaborate closely with Forward Deployment Engineers to define, prototype, and implement solutions leveraging HappyRobot’s platform.
• Identify and interpret crucial datasets that inform customer decision-making, and work to integrate these into robust and scalable data pipelines.
• Design and continuously refine user workflows that effectively solve significant problems and can be scaled across various teams and functions.
• Lead comprehensive training and onboarding sessions, ensuring new users are proficient and our tools achieve lasting impact within their organizations.
• Present strategic findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels, from frontline operators to executive leadership.
• Drive customer expansion by identifying and scoping new use cases, thereby increasing HappyRobot's footprint within client organizations.
