We are seeking a driven, coachable, and resourceful Strategic Account Executive to contribute to our growth in the multifamily and property maintenance tech sector. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about solving operational challenges for apartment operators and thriving in dynamic, results-oriented environments. This is not a position for status-quo sellers. We are looking for a candidate who approaches work with curiosity, acts with urgency, and excels at closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. - Own and grow a territory of mid-market to enterprise PMC accounts.
- Lead discovery, demo, and proposal cycles with operators, asset managers, and tech buyers.
- Manage a full-funnel process using SPIN Selling and data-driven storytelling.
- Build pipeline through proactive prospecting, field events, and channel referrals.
- Partner with Sales Engineers and Marketing to deliver value-based selling motions.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) to forecast, track, and iterate.
- Drive adoption of AI-first tools and workflows that transform multifamily team operations.
What sets you up for success:
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or facilities software.
- A strong sales process with the ability to map stakeholders, align timelines, and close deals confidently.
- Proven experience closing deals ranging from $50K–$150K+ with multi-product solutions.
- Experience selling to technical, operational, or C-level buyers, with a knack for simplifying complexity.
- A passionate belief in HappyCo's core values, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to quality and success.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-50% for client meetings and industry events.
- Energy for hunting, self-generating leads, and operating with a sense of urgency.
- Adaptability to evolve quickly in a fast-paced market.
