Happi Planet is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in Mumbai. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Help maintain and update the candidate and employee database.
• Support the onboarding process including documentation, joining formalities, and orientation coordination.
• Assist in HR operations and employee lifecycle management such as records management and policy documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
• Support the HR team with attendance tracking, HR reports, and administrative tasks.
• Help ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and employee files.
• Assist in drafting HR communications, announcements, and internal messages.
• Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and workplace engagement ideas.
