Handshake is looking for experienced construction and project controls professionals to support AI research through flexible, part-time contract work. This is not a traditional job — you'll draw on your hands-on expertise in project scheduling, cost controls, and construction planning to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand real-world project controls workflows.

What You'll Do

Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in project controls, scheduling, or construction planning, in a role such as Project Scheduler, Project Controls Engineer, EPC Project Manager, or Construction Planner.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
