Handshake is seeking experienced Private Detectives and Investigators to join an hourly, temporary AI research project as an AI Trainer. No prior AI experience is required. In this role, you will apply your professional expertise to evaluate AI model outputs, assess content relevant to your field, and provide clear, structured feedback. This feedback will enhance the AI model's understanding of workplace tasks and language specific to private investigation. The Handshake AI opportunity is ongoing, with project openings periodically across various specializations.
Details
This position offers remote and asynchronous work, allowing you to operate independently from any location. Hours are flexible, with no minimum commitment, though most contributors average between 5-20 hours per week. Your tasks will involve developing prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field and then evaluating their responses. You will gain new skills and contribute significantly to the application of AI within the private investigation sector. Project placement depends on availability; if not immediately matched, further opportunities will arise soon.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least 4 years of professional experience in private investigation or similar fields. Examples of relevant real-world responsibilities that provide the necessary context for evaluating and training high-quality AI models include: conducting thorough private investigations by gathering and analyzing information from various sources (computer databases, public records) to solve cases or expose fraudulent activities, documenting findings in detailed reports, testifying in court, utilizing advanced technology, and performing undercover operations to obtain evidence. You must also be capable of participating in asynchronous work in collaboration with leading AI labs.
