The role is fully remote with a flexible, asynchronous schedule. Most contributors work approximately 5–20 hours per week during active projects. Placement depends on current project needs, with potential consideration for future projects.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in industrial operations, plant performance, or energy asset management.
- Relevant roles include: Plant Performance Engineer, Reliability Engineer, SCADA Engineer, Drilling/Production Engineer, Generation Asset Analyst, or equivalent in the energy industry.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: AVEVA PI, WinCC, Oracle MDM, Power BI, or Bloomberg Terminal.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
