Handshake is actively seeking Cargo and Freight Agent Professionals to join an hourly, temporary AI research project. No prior AI experience is required. In this program, you will leverage your extensive professional background to evaluate the outputs generated by AI models within your field. Your role involves assessing content directly related to cargo and freight operations and providing clear, structured feedback to enhance the model's understanding of industry-specific tasks and language. This Handshake AI opportunity is ongoing, with project openings periodically available across diverse areas of expertise.

Position Details

• This is a remote and asynchronous position, offering the flexibility to work independently from any location.
• Hours are flexible, with no minimum commitment required; most participants average 5-20 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include developing prompts for AI models that accurately reflect real-world cargo and freight scenarios, followed by evaluating the models' responses.
• You will acquire new skills and directly contribute to the evolution of AI applications within the cargo and freight industry.

Qualifications for a Cargo and Freight Agent AI Trainer

Candidates must possess at least 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas. The examples below illustrate the types of real-world responsibilities that provide the necessary context to evaluate and train high-quality AI models:

• Coordinating and negotiating the transport of goods with shipping or freight companies.
• Ensuring accurate documentation, such as bills of lading and invoices.
• Tracking shipments and advising clients on optimal transportation methods.
• Managing comprehensive records of goods handled.
• Supervising packing and shipping activities to ensure safe and efficient cargo handling.
• Ability to participate effectively in asynchronous work, collaborating with leading AI labs.
